Since turning to writing for the stage in 2015, Phyllis Peters's work has placed and appeared in a number of opportunities, most recently the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center’s 2018 National Playwrights Conference, the 2017 Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival, and the 2016 Regional Writers Showcase at Geva Theatre. Her fiction, poetry, and other writings have appeared in literary publications both in print and online such as Fence, The Pinch, The Ampersand Review, and Munich Found, among others. She is the author of the novel Untethered: A Caregiver's Tale and is a 2015 TEDx speaker. Her most recent novel

is being represented by Kimberely Cameron & Associates.
